Return and replacement policy - Consumer

General conditions

Malvi & Co. Srl main target is to satisfy the Customer and for this reason the company will make any efforts to fulfill Customer needs.
If the products that Customer will receive are not accordingly and are different from what he ordered on the website, he can back out of the contract without penalty within 10 days starting from the date on which he received the goods, in accordance with clause 64 of legislative decree n. 206/2005), in accordance with conditions reported in the paragraphs here below that the Company suggest to read in detail.
Returned products (this is valid both in case of return and in case of replacement) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and must be sent to Malvi & Co. Srl with their original labels and hangtags together with the shipping document or invoice. Products must be packed in their original packaging. If it’s not possible to reuse the original packaging (box damaged or box bigger than the returned products), please use appropriate packaging and check that the box is perfectly closed.
Malvi & Co. Srl has the right to refuse any return (this is both valid in case of return and in case of replacement) if the returned products don’t respect the characteristics indicated in the previous paragraph.
The Customer has to respect the return/replacement policy process as reported here below. If the Customer will not follow the return/replacement process, his request will not be considered.
Any other request will be managed separately.

Replacement

In order to avoid any kind of problem, the company suggest the Customer to pay particular attention during the purchase process and to check the ordered products before confirmation and payment authorization.
If the Customer notes that the received product is not accordingly to the order for the following reasons:

  • production defect
  • wrong color or wrong style

and wants to replace it, he has to send a written request to the customer service (info@malvi.net) within 10 days starting from the date on which he received the goods, and specify these informations:

a - personal data (name and surname)
b - the number of the order to which the return product refers to
c - the reason of the return: for example wrong style, wrong color, production defect (in this case, please clearly specify the defect)
d - the product that the Customer wants to receive as replacement

Malvi & Co. Srl customer service will replay and will confirm if it’s possible to proceed with the replacement according to Customer request and will authorize the return. If the product requested by the Customer is not available, the customer service will propose similar replacement.
Only after customer service authorization, the Customer can return the product to Malvi & Co. Srl, Via Cavessago 44 – 32100 Belluno ITALY. The company will send the courier and will pay shipment costs both for the pick up of the return product and for the delivery of the replacement.
Malvi & Co. Srl will check if the return product respect all the characteristics indicated in the general conditions.
After checking the returned product, Malvi & Co. will commit to deliver the replacement within 3/5 days starting from the date on which the company received the return and will inform the Customer.
Malvi & Co. has the right to refuse the replacement of the products that will not respect the characteristics indicated in the general conditions. In this case Malvi & Co. Srl will inform the Customer that the replacement request cannot be accepted.

Return

If the Customer notes that the received product is not accordingly to the order for the following reasons:

  • production defect
  • wrong color or wrong style

and doesn’t want to replace it but prefer to return it and ask for a refund, he has to send a written request to customer service (indicare mail) within 10 days starting from the date on which he received the goods and specify these informations:

a - personal data (name and surname)
b - the number of the order to which the return product refers to
c - the reason of the return: for example wrong style, wrong color, production defect (in this case, please clearly specify the defect)

Malvi & Co. Srl customer service will replay to the Customer and will authorize the return.
Only after customer service authorization, the Customer can return the product to Malvi & Co. Srl, Via Cavessago 44 – 32100 Belluno ITALY. The company will send the courier and pay shipment costs for the pick up of the return product.
Malvi & Co. Srl will check if the returned product respect all the characteristics indicated in the general conditions.
After checking the returned product, Malvi & Co. will refund the Customer the complete amount of the product according to the shipping documents or invoice.
Malvi & Co. has the right to refuse the return of the products that will not respect the characteristics indicated in the general conditions. In this case Malvi & Co. Srl will inform the Customer that the return and refund request cannot be accepted and nothing has to be refund to the Customer.
